Your Village Government, Here to Serve
From utility payments and building permits to park reservations and public meetings, the Village of Prairie Creek keeps residents informed and connected. Find the services, notices, and departments you need — all in one place.
Everyday Services
Manage the essentials quickly and easily — whether you're paying a bill, planning a project, or enjoying our parks.
Pay your water, sewer, and refuse bill online, set up autopay, or report a service issue. New residents can start or transfer service in minutes.
Apply for building, fence, or driveway permits and schedule inspections. Our staff can help you understand requirements before you begin.
Reserve a shelter, sign up for seasonal programs, and explore trails and playgrounds across Prairie Creek's public spaces.
Meetings, Agendas & Minutes
The Village Board of Trustees meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. Meetings are open to the public, and residents are welcome to attend and share comments.
Agendas are posted at least 48 hours in advance, and approved minutes are published following each meeting. Visit our meetings page to review upcoming agendas, past minutes, and public notices.
Public Notices & Service Alerts
We keep the community up to date on road work, water main repairs, hydrant flushing, and weather-related closures. Sign up for alerts to receive timely updates by email or text.
